Terms & Conditions


1 Payment must be made in full before the booking can be confirmed.

2 Invoicing.

          ● This service is only available with 2 references.

3 Cancellation Policy:

          ● You may cancel 24 hours before the journey, but we retain 50% of booking charge.

          ● If you cancel on the day of the journey we retain 100% of booking charge

4 Airport Meet & Greet

          ● Our Chauffeurs will wait 45 minutes after the plane has landed before extra charges begin to apply.

5 We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.

6 We cannot guarantee arrival times due to road conditions outside of our control (e.g. snow or accidents) and we cannot accept loss of earnings for missed flights.

7 All personal belongings are the clients own responsibility.

8 Clients are responsible for any damage caused to our cars and will be billed accordingly.

9 If a client fails to be at the pre-arranged pick up location, the booking fee is non-refundable.

10 If a client decides to alter the journey, extra charges will apply.

11 Clients will be billed extra if the car/s require a valet after their booking.

12 Our Chauffeurs will not tolerate drunken or abusive behaviour. If at any stage the chauffeur feels threatened, we have the right to refuse the journey without a refund.

13 Occasionally it may be necessary to change the vehicle booked due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. mechanical breakdown). We reserve the right to change the booked vehicle at any time with a suitable replacement.
